A beautiful setting and a great place to relax and enjoy your stay whether it's business or vacation. You'll be coming home to an air conditioned house so you can stay comfortable no matter what it's doing outside. Then relax in the sauna or hot tub after a hard day at work or play. There's also a big cozy couch to sit on while watching your favorite show on a BIG 65″+ screen. And at the end of the day sleep good in your freshly made beds.
The back yard is like being in a park. It's shady in the evening so you can enjoy the outdoors on the deck (did I mention that the house is also air conditioned?). There's even a retractable awning for extra protection just in case. A fire pit is there if you want to roast marsmellows or sing around the campfire if you dare to…haha. To complete the ultimate backyard setup is a hot tub, sauna and a big gas BBQ grill…how's that for a great place to stay…you may not want to leave…
HOT TUB DISCLAIMER: Use at own risk. The water temperature is set around 103 degrees. Pregnant women should limit the time to 15 minutes. All children are to be supervised at all times and no one less than 7 years old should be allowed in the hot tub. Alcohol and drugs increase the risk of accidents.
The whole house is yours to enjoy! There is a guest house in the back that is also being used on Airbnb so please be aware that other guests might be occupying the guest house and can be checking in and out at various times.
There are 2 bedrooms with beds as described below. I have a queen sized (nice) air mattress that can be put in the living room that can sleep 2 and I have 2 couches if needed.
